twenty two

itunes: world of our own by westlife

Things that made me angsty/frustrated/sad/pissed today:
1. Wasting time not doing Math
2. Spending one whole hour on just a stupid inequalities question
3. Using much more than 3 hours to complete revision paper 3 which is extremely IMPORTANT
4. WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER HAS SOME FREAKING PROBLEM, which causes my conversations to keep appearing this "The following message could not be delivered"!!! GRRRRR.

Things that made me happy/glad/at ease today:
1. Watching One Tree Hill Season Four, EPISODE ONE!!!
2. Cherry (my jack russell terrier), coming home after a night stay in the animal clinic.
3. Solving the questions that I got stuck on, with the help of Marc. Thanks.
4. My mummy asking me if I wanted to join the Mediacorp Shanghai trip, for experience in news broadcasting, I think.
and testimonial accepted!!!
Haha, I think my mummy's a little high about going overseas. There's Disney Resort in Japan, Superstar Virgo Cruise, KL Milo Trip. Whoa!

Ah well, I'll get on with a little more of Math first. Then, it's dreamland, I hope.

Hey,

It is comforting to see that at least the 'positives' balance off the 'negatives' in quantity and I am pretty sure outweighs the latter in terms of quality. Not to mention that the majority of the latter all circle around what will be gone very soon.

Great to hear that it has been accepted and that you are travelling about, I am sure that you will have a lot of fun.

Anyway, I have to get back to work, 'empires and political imagination' midterms essay, 'writing the essay' final essay and calc homework all due on Tuesday, and I have yet to begin on any. Badly timed Boston trip, everyone is stressing out on work now.

On a last note, regarding what you said about freedom [liberty] in your previous post, think about this, "It is not the fact of liberty but the way in which liberty is exercised that ultimately determines whether liberty itself survives.", and as such, what governs how liberty should be exercised and if so, is that 'true' liberty if one's agency is determined by a particular society's structure.

All the best!
